3. Products and Orders
- Product Description: We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our Products are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or pattern may occur.
- Prices: All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Placing an Order: When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item to you.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock or discontinued.
4. Payment
We accept payment via debit and credit cards using Stripe as our payment processor and by PayPal. Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer a tracked delivery service within the UK. For your convenience, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the billing address during the order process. Please make sure that the billing address matches the address that the payment card is registered to, otherwise it may delay the order processing. A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with your parcel and will not be sent separately.
Standard UK shipping usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched. Standard Worldwide shipping is sent via International Tracked and typically takes between 4 and 10 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched.
Certain countries charge import tariffs and sales or value added taxes on importation, which will are payable by the customer along with any handling or clearance fees charged by the courier.
If you order Products from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
